Do you want to work in a business-oriented role where you can combine customer contact, sales, and administration? We are now looking for an engaged inside sales representative for a growing company in Ystad.

As an inside sales representative, you play a central role in the business and work closely with both customers and colleagues. You are responsible for creating business opportunities, building relationships, and ensuring a high level of service throughout the sales process.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Handling incoming inquiries and orders
• Actively working with upselling and follow-ups
• Preparing quotes and following up on deals
• Building and developing long-term customer relationships
• Administering customer data in business systems/CRM

• Has experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a similar role
• Is business-driven and enjoys working towards goals
• Is communicative and has a professional demeanor
• Is structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented
• Has good computer skills and experience with business systems
• Is proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
